About Wild Spirit Yoga
Wild Spirit yoga is a unique studio in the heart of Old Town Tomball. We are a 1940s bunk house converted to yoga studio and we lovingly refer to her at "The Mothership". We offer traditional well rounded, quality yoga classes with experienced teachers. We keep our classes small to offer a personalized experience. We cover not only movement based yoga but incorporate yoga breath practice, meditation techniques and some yoga philosophy in our daily classes. We teach to who shows up in each class, fully holding space for all of our students and where they are at in their practice. We love beginners and can't wait to share how life changing yoga can be!
