Wildlights: December 15th, 16th, and 17th: 5:00pm - 8:00pm Santa's on the way from the North Pole and all the animals in the Safari Village are getting into the festive mood! Join Wildlife Safari for a magical evening of family fun. Sip on delicious cocoa, listen to captivating keeper talks, and meet Santa himself!
What to expect at Wildlights:
- Light displays around the Safari Village
- A play performed by our Village animals and keepers
- Meet Santa in our Safari Dome
- A Storybook Train Ride
- Keeper talks at our Cheetah Spot
- Safari Grill will be open for food and drinks
Elephant Elves: December 16th and 17th: 12:00pm - 2:30pm
Join Wildlife Safari’s Elephants as they celebrate the holidays by hosting a Christmas extravaganza in the elephant barn! Our elephant artists paint a wooden ornament for guests to take home. Get up close with your favorite pachyderm and even get an Elphie (Elephant Selfie). Hang out with the elves- both elephants and on two feet!
Coffee, hot cocoa, and cookies will be served inside of the Elephant Elves’ own art shop- offering one of a kind gifts for the pachyderm lover in your life! Build memories to last a lifetime at what is sure to become a family holiday tradition.
What to expect at Elephant Elves:
You will be shuttled down to the elephant barn with a bus leaving from the Safari Village every 30 minutes starting at 12:00pm. The last bus will go down to the barn at 2:00pm. Meet Santa at the Elephant Barn. Cookies, Cocoa, and Coffee will be served. Artwork for sale painted by our elephant artists. Get a photo with one of our elephants. Choose a wooden ornament painted by one of our elephants and take the opportunity to paint the other side yourself.

Wildlife Safari is dedicated to providing a memorable and enjoyable experience for families. The Wildlights event offers a unique opportunity to see the Safari Village in a whole new light. The Safari Grill provides delicious food and drinks to keep you energized throughout the evening

Take a trip past the awe-inspiring African elephants and prepare to enter the land of emu, yak and white naped cranes as the tour of the incredibly diverse wildlife of planet Earth continues on in Asia. If guests dare, they may chose to end their journey with a trip through a carnivore loop featuring Wildlife Safari’s top cheetah breeding grounds and ferocious Sumatran Tigers.
