We offer practical martial arts training.. Participants in our programs receive professional, personalized instruction where you are guided step-by-step towards developing real martial arts skills.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our nonprofit athletic organization was founded to preserve the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu and to promote integrity, practicality and solidarity in the martial arts community.

What do you love most about your job?
It is an honor to be in a position to serve as a catalyst for your growth. It's inspiring to be around so many people who are taking action to invest in being the best version of themselves.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We don't have customers. We have members. We're an active community of people dedicated to training martial arts. The best reaction is seeing a member having a "light bulb" moment when finally find the missing piece to a technique that they've worked so hard on. Those "aha!" moments are priceless!
