About World Museum of Mining
Featuring 50 exhibit buildings, World Museum of Mining invites the entire family to learn more about Butte, MT and mining history. Visitors of all ages can learn the history and unknown facts about mining thanks to the museum's vast collection. The outdoor facility is on an actual mine yard, the Orphan Girl Mine, where visitors can experience a miner's every day environment.
