What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are a newly constructed facility with large restrooms, a hot Yoga room with soft floors, a very sophisticated heating/humidifying system, filtered ventilation, and air path UV lamps for viral, bacterial and germ control.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We are beginner friendly and offer yoga for all levels. All instructors are professionally trained and committed to motivate and guide students with patience and love. We believe that Yoga should be available to all.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Sophia injured her knee severely and struggled to even walk. During her year long recovery, she maintained her fitness using Yoga as exercise and recovery. Sophia became a certified yoga instructor and spent the entire year, learning about the process of building up this yoga studio.

What do you love most about your job? Yoga of course! It is for the love of the sport and being involved with the teachers, students, and community that brings satisfaction to my life.
