The workouts are always different and offer all fitness levels a challenging experience.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I’ve have helped numerous clients achieve their personal goals and understand how powerful of an achievement that can be. I want to help as many people as possible in a fun, encouraging environment.

What do you love most about your job?
Every day I get to watch my clients sweat while they are smiling. How often does that happen? It is so amazing when someone discovers that they are capable of more than they realized, and I love when a member shares their success with me and everyone else at XplosiveFit.
