Yamato Sushi Train and Grill offers a unique way to enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine. Along the counter, a special conveyor belt chugs along, atop which plates of fresh-made sushi pass before diners. When guests see a roll that interests them, they can simply snatch it off the sushi train and enjoy. Each plate is color coded, making it easy to see how much you've eaten. Of course, hot food is also on order, though not the rotating conveyor. Instead, piping-hot hibachi steak, grilled octopus, and shrimp udon soup are delivered directly from the kitchen.
