Yamaya restaurant serves authentic Japanese barbecue prepared from imported high-quality meat—A5 Miyazaki Wagyu. The restaurant follows the traditional Yakiniku method—the meat is grilled at the dining table with no pre-seasoning to draw out the natural flavor of the meat.
