At each of YMCA of East Tennessee’s five locations, guests can hop onto cardio and weight equipment, plunge into a pool, or join group exercise classes such as Zumba, spin, and Pilates. All locations also have an ActivTrax kiosk, where members can log in to print out a customized and detailed workout plan. After the workout, they can return to the kiosk to log what they accomplished, and the program will customize their next workout accordingly. The program treats bodies to a variety of workouts, and users can also log in on their own computers for a nutritious meal plan tailored to their preferences.<p>
