Our staff is trained in the therapeutic application of yoga practices and knows how to adapt to the individual. All aspects of a yoga practice are included so healing happens on all levels of your being. The studios are welcoming, intimate, and non-competitive. Come as you are and join our community.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Once people taste how sweet life is when their body is relaxed and their mind is quiet, there is no choice but to continue! I keep in touch with students to make sure they are getting what they want from their practice, whether it's to add strength and suppleness, loose weight, or quiet the mind.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I have been blessed with many amazing teachers from ancient yoga lineages in the past 30 years. Their guidance has positively shaped my life. Their generosity inspires me to share the practices that have led me to peace and well-being. The 17 years I have been teaching continuously nourishes me.

What do you love most about your job? I love when a student finishes a class and says "I can actually breathe". I love when a student says they feel comfortable in their body and that they are out of pain. I love when people tell me their minds are quieter and they can function at home and work better, and that they are happier because of yoga.
