What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We use the highest quality ingredients possible including locally sourced pastured eggs and dairy. Rotating gourmet flavors and donuts made entirely by hand allow us to stand out as Charlotte’s only artisan donut shop.

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
We keep a few constant flavors on hand and our cinnamon sugar donut with cream cheese frosting has proven to be a favorite. Starting with our scratch made yeast dough kneaded by hand, it is then finished with a dusting of fresh ground cinnamon and sugar and topped with our homemade buttercream.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We were looking for a family business and fell back on our culinary roots, filling a void in the Charlotte food scene with gourmet donuts and exceptional coffee.

What do you love most about your job?
The highlight of my job is the reaction of our patrons when they finally taste a real donut. A surprising benefit of having our shop has been building relationships with our repeat customers.
