What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I wanted a tidy apartment, but was tired of cleaning services that sold expensive packages based on contract agreements, or Craigslist maids who bailed at the last minute. So, I launched ZapMaid, an a-la-carte cleaning service.

What do you love most about your job?

Cleaning without using harsh chemicals.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I want to use your service everyday before I come home from work.
