ZenLife Yoga believes that yoga is for every body, regardless of that body's size, age, skill level, or experience. That's why the Queen Creek studio is a judgement-free zone that promotes yoga for both its fitness and spiritual benefits. It's also why the classes, —held seven days a week—are diverse, the schedule filled by restorative-yoga, guided-meditation, and hot-yoga sessions. And, in addition to yoga classes, the studio offers several wellness services, including reiki treatments, nutrition counseling, and life coaching.
