Zorb Smoky Mountains boasts the only hot spot in the United States for Zorb globe riding—rolling down a hill inside an inflated globe. At the base of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Zorb wranglers help the adventurous into the cushy confines of a Zorb globe and prepare them for the upcoming tumble. The double-hulled globe protects riders from bumps and bruises with a pocket of air between the inner and outer spheres.

Choose between the Zorbit ride, in which the rider is harnessed in for a breathtaking head-over-heels jaunt ($48.95 including tax), or the wet 'n' wild unharnessed Zydro, in which the rider shares the sphere with a splash of water while descending the slope ($41.16 including tax). Zorb Smoky Mountains photographs riders, making photo CDs available for purchase after the experience. If riding the Zydro, patrons should bring swimwear for the ride or a dry change of clothes.
