Not worth the money I liked the atmosphere of the lobby, common areas, and amenities BUT the rooms are definitely not 3 star worthy. The room was old and needs an extreme makeover and updates. Not worth what I paid when I could have gone next door to a Marriott property which is actually 3 star for less than I paid at MCM Elegante suites.

Excellent staff. Old hotel Top notch staff made this hotel tolerable. The room had an unusual Odor. Sofa worn, old and in need of cleaning. Bathroom updated and very good shower. Why leave this dirty sofa in the room?! Very nice to have kitchenette. The hotel did enforce the 10 pm curfew for the many teens staying for sporting events. I also noticed the pool area had hotel staff present. The staff was excellent to work with. They get 5 stars!!!

Wonderful I called a few times for an early check in, Tina never did get annoyed or frustrated that I called multiple times and offered us the first room available. Friendly, hardworking staff. Overall cleanliness of room, lobby, pool, etc. Great breakfast.

Horrible hotel Horrible customer service. I waited 3 hours to check in. I called every 30 min. When I finally came back the man at front said I could have gotten in at 2 when I arrived. Tina and manager Susan lied to me and told me my room was not ready. The hotel is dirty and old and poorly layed out making it very hard to get to third floor with only a central elevator. Just horrible process and hotel

Don’t Miss This Hidden Gem Great place to stay. Exterior was well maintained had nice appearance when you arrive. Interior is a little outdated but is what gives this place its character and comfortable feel. From the moment I stepped in to this hotel I felt comfortable and relaxed. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was awesome every day and was a great start to the day. Location is perfect and is conveniently located across from the mall with several places to dine nearby. It was easy to get to Dyess AFB and Abilene Christian University both within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend staying at MCM in Abilene!
