HarmonyCon Trip In all my years I have never visited the state of Texas, this past weekend however would change all that because of me attending HarmonyCon. First impression of the hotel looked nice but a little outdated, go to check in Thursday evening and the women at the front desk was a bit rude to me and looked like she didn't care one bit. All I asked was "If I could get a late check out on Monday" her response was "No we can't do that". The messed up part was she didn't even bother looking into the computer to see if it was a possibility or ask the hotel manager I basically walked off frustrated. You would think the front desk would be a little bit more friendly when asked a perfectly simple question, but I guess that's too much to ask for. Anyway, Got a room on the second floor at the end of the hallway which was nice, The con was a lot of fun which was the only positive to come out of this, but I wish things could have gone a lot more smoother had the hotel staff not been rude to me.

Convention/Family This hotel is very nice! It has a pool and Jacuzzi that was very nice and my niece truly enjoyed it. They have a cardio gym that I enjoyed, and the most helpful and courteous staff I've ever met. The restaurant has very good food and the prices are reasonable. All together there was 4 of us in 2 rooms and we loved staying there! They also have a laundry service. If you're going to need a place to stay in Addison, I highly suggest the Crowne Plaza, you'll be very pleased!

Staff Amazing I usually stay closer to Dallas Market Center; so this was alternative due to my usually go to place was sold out. The staff was more than accommodating since am a smoker who can’t stand the smell of smoke. They provided me with a room which has a balcony so I can step outside easily. Staff was extremely friendly room is clean, parking area secure. Would recommend as a go to place.

Would never return Here for a conference and this hotel is such a joke. - First, everyone is rude, all of the employees were rude. Everyone has an attitude and is nasty. Tyler at the front desk was particularly rude, but to be honest, every employee we dealt with was argumentative and had attitude. They hate their job and don't want to be here. - Our room was dirty, hairs everywhere, dirty floor. We didn't go talk to anyone about that because everyone had already been so rude to everyone in our party. - Breakfast buffet is $17 and is nothing more than the continental breakfast you get at any budget hotel. Stale bread, eggs and bacon, basics. Oh and if you didn't buy the $17 breakfast, there is no complimentary tea or coffee or water, that's $5 a cup. I think this is the first hotel I've been to that didn't have complimentary coffee! Someone in our party asked if he could just have a cup of hot water to make his tea. They told him $3. - paper thin walls. Horrid noise pollution. I heard EVERYTHING in the adjoining rooms. Every. Thing. I begged our conference leaders to please hold this conference at any other place next year. What a dirty, outdated, hostile environment!

Better experience It's definitely better than my last stay. Before this stay I refused coming to this hotel due to the horrible experience I had in March 2019 but my stay today jan 1 2020 was excellent. The staff are more friendly and catered to my needs
