Worst experience in 33 years of business travel with Hilton! Do NOT stay here! They should NOT have any affiliation with the Hilton name!!! Complete dump...filthy...rooms reek of pot & cigarettes...RUDE staff...and NO SOAP in the room...felt so unsafe was unable to sleep and had furniture in front of the door for the short night I was there. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! After relaying my experience to Dallas friends, they knew that this area is unsafe and this facility has a bad reputation.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! FIRST RED FLAG. Upon check in another guest was giving concerns that she and her small children found a king with what she thought was blood in it beside the bed. She requested a refund and that was given. I chose to stay because I was checking in late in the evening and needed to get to an event. Check-in was complicated because I had friends staying in the same hotel. The front desk said they would update the contact info and rewards number and info and never did. ICING ON THE CAKE. After the first nights stay I was disgusted to find stains and rings of some dried liquid in the mattress and pillows weren’t laid my head. There was no phone in our room. No condiments for coffee. The shower door didn’t open and close without physically picking up the door each time to get back on track. The building is falling apart.

Don't stay here not unless you want to get sick Everything sucked about the stay. No shampoo, no hand wash body wash not only that worst part is I got really sick and I had my kids with me. My youngest one was two years old. It was a complete filth in there. They never even clean the place the next morning woke up really congested running, the fan that was in the bedroom was full with dust. Please don't stay here.

Will not honor your reservation with no compensation for your troubles!! Overbooked and did not offer us a walk letter. Diamond member and team member. Cancelled my reservation without consent. If you're a team member do not book here they do not follow Go Hilton policy and rules. Hotel looked sketchy as we pulled up and I can see from the reviews it was a blessing we didn't stay. Night clerk was the worst of the worst.

Stay somewhere else. Dallas has many alternatives at all price points. I suggest looking elsewhere for lodging. I’ve stayed in Homewood Suites all over the country. It’s a budget hotel. I don’t stay there expecting luxury. But I am looking for basic service. Two positives. The staff are all very polite and nice, and there is free and plentiful parking. But… The room: - The dishwasher was not functional (see photo). - One of the TVs didn’t work at all and the other kept dying in the middle of the men’s college basketball finals. - The phone was not plugged into the wall and anyway, their landline number that they advertise is out of service. - The towel racks were so loose they were coming off the wall. Hot water in the shower was in and out, mostly out. Security felt like an issue. There are signs in the parking lot saying not to leave valuables in the car. But the main door off the parking lot to our building was left unlocked at all times, and there’s no room safe. Amenities: Two of the thinnest bath towels I have ever seen, two wash cloths, no bath mat. Two packets of bad coffee, one decaff, no creamer. Bath things - teensy, minimal bottles. One roll of TP. This might have been ok if they had ever once refreshed the room. I don’t need my bed made every day but it would have been nice to have basic supplies replaced once during the four nights we were there. There’s a sign on the bathroom mirror that says they refresh the room every other day and to call the front desk if you need anything. Guess what? You can’t call. See above. The food: Not up to basic Homewood Suites standards. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am. If you like to make waffles, you’re in luck. If you get there after 8 am, you can forget about eggs or sausage, and there might be one stale bagel left. It seems like they only put out food once and don’t replace it during the ensuing four hours. At 8:30, I was able to scrape some oatmeal off the bottom of the pot and there was also cold cereal, and some not so great fruit. The gym is the size of a closet. There were no towels. It’s possible to put together a workout in there but if there are more than two people using it, it’s real cozy. Overall just terrible.
