A/C at the bar has been broken for over a month. The A/C at the lobby bar isn't working. It's almost 100 degrees today and there's no A/C. I asked how long it's been broken. I was told it hasn't worked for over a month!!! There's not even any fans down there. The poor bartender is sweating profusely. I'm astonished. How can a chain as reputable as Sheraton/Marriott just ignore something as important as air conditioning??? I was wondering why the bar was so empty on a Friday evening. Now I know. And instead of patronizing the bar at my hotel, I will go elsewhere. It's so short sided of the hotel owner to make their employees and guests suffer needlessly.

Very disappointed stay The hotel is located at the base of hills, in a quiet block, since it is elevated from street level, high up from freeway, however it turned out to be a very disappointed stay: - the ACs are loud, loud loud: we turned the AC off in our room, but still heard loud bangs and hums from ACs in surrounding rooms, even though it seems that only alternate rooms seem to be occurpied, not right next door. - the hotel lounge was closed due to COVID, and the restaurant was only open for dinner, didnt see these disclosed while booking on marriott.com, otherwise would have choose some other marriott hotels with breakfast. As compensation, we were offered free bottles of water, but the bottled water in room still carries a $4 price tag. - no sanitizer available inside the elevator

Nice Place To Stay Kim Cartaino's efforts to help us plan for our son's wedding guests block (several times) , as well as, guide us through the COVID restrictions at the hotel made a huge difference for us. She is dependable, responsive and very patient !! The hotel was clean, quiet and very accessible for our needs. Sadly the hotel restaurant and bar had not reopened as we had hoped but Kim had prepared us for that possibility ahead of time. Can't thank you enough Kim for being our 'Go To' person during our reschedule wedding celebration!! Peggi & Mark Quatrano

A Functional Overnight Stay This property works well as a place to stay while going somewhere else. While it is generally clean and in a quiet setting at the base of a mountain, there is little that would cause you to want to stay longer. The biggest problem was that while California has lifted most restrictions, restaurants and bars are still closed. The public areas had a deserted feeling to them. Parking is free which for the LA area is a plus

Booked at 3pm and friend's flight location was changed however she was not told. Had insurance but doesn't cover this type of event. Spoke to manager at hotel and was told they had to charge 1 day as that was policy. Much like the manager at the gym 2 weeks ago when I was exercising outdoors with no one within 50 feet that I needed to wear a mask. When people lose their individual power to decide for themselves what is right and what is wrong (as long as no laws are violated, when all become sheep. Do not stay here unless you are woke!!!
