Spa journée detente On arrival in the morning the poolside chairs were all taken... thankfully after lunch there was space to sit. The soin was a total deception. The scrub lasted maybe 10 minutes at most very minimalist with a five minute shower down and a bit of cream for hydration.
Back to the poolside the sauna good but the hammam smelt of wet socks in the afternoon with no essential oils. There was one shower at the poolside for everyone to use in-between the sauna pool and hammam.
The lunch we had to wait to be seated 15-20 minutes. The food portions were on the diet side. The restaurant was not refurbished since it's construction....the service could have come with a smile!!
It was a great day out with my friends but will not be coming back to this spa.

Good hotel The hotel and staff was good. I could suggest to improve the restaurant level (food was dedicate to retired people only) and I didn't appreciate the trucks that every early morning were coming under the rooms.

a miserable holiday. rooms have no ac whatsoever and one fan, beds were lumpy and hard, fridges temperature was too hot. bar closing time was far too early, and the hotels atmosphere was empty and lifeless. hallways looked like that of a retirement home. staff was friendly and bathrooms were nice, but that's it. would not recommend.

Some good and some bad Spent the night with 3 friends. The welcome was friendly, the rooms were so and so, but by far the biggest disappointment was the food at dinner. The were two menus you were supposed to pick from and between us 4 we ate everything on the menu. None of it was good. Some of it was barely decent and it's not like the place was cheap. Far from it. The breakfast was ok. Just ok.

Very avergae The bedding was old ad lumpy, as was the rest of this hotel. I found it to be very expensive for the quality of my stay
The breakfast buffet was good, but not much variation to the offer
No air conditioners, so excessively stuffy in the rooms for June. I can’t imagine during the height of the summer!
