Weekend Trip HOF 2020/2021 Weekend Miss Broome at the front desk is the reason for my 5 star rating. From the moment we checked in she provided nothing but a welcoming hospitable interaction. Thank you Miss Broome for making a stressful weekend pleasant.

Consistent Fairfield We really only slept at the Fairfield. We're Titanium and were given a room on the first floor. I was concerned about noise, but overall, it wasn't too noisy despite a rather full hotel. We were disappointed that our request for a late checkout could not be honored despite our status. Continental breakfast was adequate but still missing waffles due to COVID. As it was half the price of the other area Marriotts, I wasn't surprised that the rooms were smallish and in need of an update.

New Year's Eve 2020 This hotel was great! I didn't catch the girl's name but whoever worked on New Year's Eve 2020 was super friendly. I got their super late, like 2:30 a.m. or something. I didn't have any toiletries and she hooked me up right away. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. I will definitely stay here again

The BEST Staff I stayed here unexpectedly when I was passing through town and had car trouble. EVERYONE at the hotel was kind, welcoming, and helpful. I recommend this hotel because the people who work here are the best.

Good Location Wanting to spend the next day in Cuyahoga National Park, we stopped here due to location and value and were very pleased. The staff are kind and courteous and the entire hotel was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.
