Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The best resort ever! This place is absolutely amazing!! We are going back 100%. The service is top notch. We go away twice a year and this experience was incredible. The attention is so personalized and they are always keeping tabs on you making sure you are having a good time. Everything at this Hotel is amazing. The food OMG the best!!!! The a la carte amazing too. I don’t have anything negative to say. The shows at night the whole entertainment is very very good. I recommend this place 100%

Sian Ka'an staff you are excellent. Great experience at the Sian Ka'an. We were three couples on a vacation .The food was excellent and the staff were simply great and went out of their way to make you comfortable and all with a smiling face . The rooms were good but the only thing is the place is a bit dated and needs some upgrades. However the staff serviced the rooms two to three times a day making it feel good and clean. Entertainment was good enough for an adult's only resort and I enjoyed the bands and the karaoke evenings. Would like to make a special mention of the guests services especially Isabel and Armando and the manager Iago. The server in the buffet place Ramon was also excellent. My second trip to Sian Ka'an and would even go again but would love to see it upgraded a bit.

Nice stay We have just returned from our honeymoon that we booked last minute. When we arrived at the hotel we had the most warm welcome from Eldrik. What a wonderful soul. We were then greeted by the manager who you could tell loved his job. We were then shown to our penthouse which was very nice. We had buffet tea which was delicious with lots of variety and then an early evening after a long day of travels. It felt like a jungle, we loved it. We didn’t do much away from the hotel, we stayed at the same pool everyday which was lovely and warm, not deep either. Perfect for me. We did not watch entertainment or anything we just relaxed each day. Unfortunately Sunday evening I got very very poorly sick for 3 days straight. When the hotel found out they rang me and made sure I was ok and if there was anything I needed. A few nights later, I think 2 nights in a row cleaners were in at our bedroom as it was set up different as to when we left for tea? Unsure if this is something they do? Or they were making sure the room was ok with me recently being poorly. The pool entertainment team are wonderful, it must be hard getting an all adult hotel up who just want to chill. This hotel is very very relaxed. Hardly anyone there. I would say if you’re coming for a party to avoid as it is not the vibe at all although we seen x2 group of 3 girls who must have been 21 and they both looked like they were having a fab time. We managed 2 out of the 6 a la cartes due to sickness and sadly the Italian when we arrived it was closed, said it had moved premises, but seem to close at the time our slot was booked which was strange? The hotel is huge, a little too huge for me for getting to restaurant to restaurants but easy to catch a train. We went to the Hacienda for the casino which was good. We paid for longer in the room but the cleaners and bell boys were there for 11:50? Not sure if a hotel problem or a TUI as we wouldn’t have been in much longer anyway. Other than a few things I would say a 5* stay. It was a last minute booking and I just happened to be poorly.

Amazing resort with a lot to do There’s a lot of events they host throughout the week Wednesday-Sunday. We did the silent disco one night, karaoke on the other, jersey boys night another night, and the bar right at the entrance to make it super easy to get drinks. They also have waitresses that go to you to make sure you’re taken care of. After the events end at 11pm, you can get rides on a golf cart for free every 10-15min that will take you to the hacienda where there’s a DJ playing good music. Every Bahia Principe hotel attendees that are out usually meet up here so there’s a lot of people to socialize and have fun with. We went with no plans booked and luckily they have someone at the entrance to help you book excursions during your stay. We booked a Mayan ruins tour, ATVs, cenote tour, and a boat ride to isla mujeres. Highly recommend for any couple. We also played bingo at the pool and pool volleyball and enjoyed the beach bar at BP Akumal.

Mexico 2024 Lovely and clean hotel , staff so friendly , food excellent and we had a fussy 18 year old with us - she always found something to eat - liked the theme nights in the buffet , had 3 A l cate meals out too and they were excellent too . We were unlucky to be there when the hurricane hit but the hotel managed it so well , we had to move hotel for the night and it was done fantastically and so reassuring , next morning back on site breakfast was on and entertainment was back on like nothing had happened ! Wouldn’t happen like that in the uk We all had a brilliant holiday and evening entertainment was brilliant . Love the trolleys to get around to the other hotels too , Only negative we had I had a dress go missing out of my suitcase near the end of our holiday I did report this not that it was great value but more to the fact you should be able to trust the cleaning stuff in your rooms . Apart from that was a brilliant family holiday
