Not a pleasant stay. Never again. Rugs filthy!! On a 4 night stay our room was only made up once. Second night no clean towels. I had to go down 3 times to get clean dry towels. Charger wouldn’t stay plugged in it kept falling out. Cold water faucet in shower just went around and around. My husbands socks and feet were absolutely filthy from the carpet. Thank God I had my slippers. Never again!!!!

Awsome !!! Had a Had a great experience I would love to come visit Agian this time bring friends and family And I love going to the springs they have so many to chose from my favorite blues and ginings spring can’t wait to get back to alachua fl

Don't stay here Old and unkept. Lost my reservation at check in. I arrived 30 minutes after a charge was placed on my card. TV stand was broken. Asked to check out 1 hour later, at noon, instead of the standard 11:00 AM time and request was denied. Staff said that the room needed to be cleaned. Rooms are not cleaned daily.

Gross rooms. Not clean at all. Had to “sleep” on top of the sheets because of how dirty they were. The bathroom was gross. Wouldn’t even sit on the toilet ball. There was cobwebs all over the room and dirty, dingy walls and doors. $220 to be skeeved out.

Need upgrade and restorations. Need add produce in breakfast. And add hot sausage and aggs. Need check everything in rooms and put some nice pictures and check towels,because some towels was dirty when we came. Need add lotions and conditioners . Need paints walls and doors.Need new sheets and pillow cases.
