Great customer service I had an exceptional time at the Hilton Albany. Reje, Kenya, Terry, and Romel provided excellent customer service with friendly smiles and exemplified professionalism. I recommend they all receive 25% increase in pay. They met my expectations and then some.☺️

Worn facilities and troublesome guests I travel for work routinely and stay at Hiltons from time to time. This hotel is understaffed, there is trash in common areas, and the guests are not great. There was a party across the hall from me that kept me from sleeping, and hotel staff refused to do anything about it (apart from a security guard walking by a few times). I will not be returning and recommend others pick better properties.

Starbucks Lobby Robert B was so kind during my visit to the lobby Starbucks, and he ensured I had everything I needed! He was pleasant throughout the interaction and worked hard to make sure my morning was just a bit better. Robert B was thoughtful and caring.

No heat. No heat and no help from staff. Peeling wallpaper and banged up furniture. Bed was fine, early check in was nice, and the food wasn't bad. They did not give me my diamond member credit on the invoice, and I doubt very much anyone will rectify this if I call. They wouldn't help me with heat after it was nearly impossible to contact anyone, so I doubt they'll be helpful with this. My entire stay should have been comped.

Wonderful restaurant staff!! My server Kenya in the restaurant was the highlight of my entire stay. A beautifully warm smile and the most peaceful voice, after a late night was more than welcoming. She went out of her way to send me on my way with a refill of peppermint tea before leaving. So grateful for her being here.
