Loud and Poor Amenities We (unfortunately) stayed here twice on our travels to northern NM to visit family due to booking both stays before we left for our trip. First was the weekend before Thanksgiving and then the second was the day after on our way back. The walls are paper thin so EVERYTHING is heard whether it be neighbors talking next door or upstairs adjacent running their shower at 2AM. Mattresses are essentially like sleeping on a sheet of wood. Wifi is sub par. And both exit doors we used to get in would not register their own keycards right away so we’d be stuck outside in the cold for at MINIMUM a minute trying to get in. And the first room we stayed in the chair in the room smelled like animal pee. Even though the hotel was cheap we will be spending the extra $20+ a night to stay elsewhere.

Needed transportation to the airport and a decent hotel to spend the night at I found this gem of a hotel when my prior 'go to' airport hotels quit offering transportation to the airport. I have now stayed here twice, prior to flying out. I can leave my car with them for a nominal fee, get a free ride to the airport and pickup on returning. On this trip, Alex and Lea checked me in. Alex called me after giving me time to settle in, to make sure everything was Aok! Way to go!! I observed the two desk clerks checking in other guests, they were professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Upon returning from my trip, I had the pleasure of being picked up by Marty. What a gem the hotel has in this employee. When I called from the airport for a pickup, Marty answered with a cheery voice that made me feel welcome and important, as a guest. They offer drinks and snacks in the afternoon, which is quite nice after a long days' drive. A decent continental breakfast is offered as well. Plus, there are several restaurants within walking distance, which is nice for those of us who don't want to drive anywhere after checking in. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if one if needing to fly and wants a hassle free experience. The employees are obviously very well trained in providing excellent customer service.

Best Experience I hardly ever leave a review, but I could not help myself this time. This was the most pleasant experience with everyone I encountered who worked here. This is a very clean well run Hotel. In fact, I enjoyed it so much when I came back through. I purposely stayed here even though it was a little off, my beaten path. Cecilia, Rose and GiGi were a breath of fresh air and so welcoming and helpful. And this is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had on the road. Treat yourself! _

Friendly Staff and Great Customer Service Arrived at the Best Western and fron desk staff was very courteous. They accommodated my request for a 1st Floor Room. They thanked me for being a loyal member. After checking in They gave .e a courtesy call to my room to see if everything was satisfactory. Nice quiet area with a few restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and had plenty of Towels stocked. Good Breakfast Choices. The Parking lot spaces are small. Overall I would stay here again.

Best Western Hotel Airport: A Horrible Experience My wife and I booked an Executive Suite for one night. However, our overall experience was unsatisfactory as there was noise throughout the night from the hallway and the room above ours. We noticed there was a gap between our entry door and the hallway. Also, our entry door did not feel very secure. Our room had vinyl Floors, which may have contributed to the excessive noise from the room above. Bottom line, my wife could not sleep & got up—got dressed to report what sounded like constant “construction noise” from the room above @ 11pm. Additional issues with this room included the following: The living room A/C cycled on and off with a loud bang or thumping like noise throughout the night. The living room TV had very poor audio. A Best Western technician said, "the TV’s are old & “on the list to be replaced." The room configuration was very poor as both the microwave and mini-refrigerator were both located in the bedroom rather than the living room. The clothes closet would not close because of clothes hangers. Thus, getting into the bathroom was much more difficult because the closet door had to stay open. We talked to hotel staff multiple times, but no solutions were offered. We requested a call back from the General Manager (2) times to discuss these issues, but our request was never honored. Our experience in this “executive suite” was anything but sweet. There is a Ramada Inn next door that has been recently remodeled and appears to be a much more comfortable place to stay.
