Cheap, But has free breakfast This place was a good cheap motel, until they started playing sides in personal issues. I would avoid anyone that goes here, it's really a select crowd.

Decrepit, Neglected, Dingy, Depressing We have stayed at this property every August for about 15 yrs. Under previous ownership it was a fairly decent budget priced accommodation for our business travel and met our needs. Under the current management, it has seriously declined. If you want to stay in a decrepit, neglected, depressing hotel, Ramada by Wyndham in Albuquerque is the place for you! It’s entire interior is dated and shabby, it’s front desk staff is rude, abrasive and unwelcoming. The restaurant has closed and breakfast is no longer full service with made to order omelets. It’s now not worth sampling. This stay was particularly lacking with a cable TV box that didn’t work, a missing upholstered chair, a busted up lamp shade and Jerry rigged outlets on the night stand that were too small to plug in current chargers for a phone or a tablet. Oh, did I mention the lumpy bed with dingy, old pillows stuffed into square cases to make them appear fluffy? They were miserable to sleep on. The most laughable experience was when my partner asked for the room to be cleaned today, including some fresh towels. I was joining him for the last night of his stay. He informed the staff of my arrival date and requested the service when he checked in several days ago. The room was not cleaned today and he was informed that he could pick up fresh towels himself at the desk! No apology - Lot’s of attitude. I blame greedy owners, poor management and employees with absolutely no concept of good public relations skills. My advice? Do not give this business one red cent of your hard earned money for a miserable stay.

This hotel needs serious updates, not in a safe location and lacks servies. The price was good through booking.com. The hotel is old and dated. The breakfast was just ok. The resturant was closed the whole time I was there and had to do Uber Eats. The shuttle was unreliable and we ended up Ubering to the Airport.

The rooms are outdated filthy. The beds are uncomfortable. At first glance walking into the lobby, it appears the property is OK. Once you leave the front entrance. It goes downhill from there. I checked out three different rooms. All of them were absolutely outdated disgustingly filthy the beds were uncomfortable and if I had somewhere else to go I certainly would have never stayed there, we only stayed one night and if we hadn’t been driving hours and exhausted, I would have canceled my reservation and stayed in my car. It’s disgusting not to mention. The fact I was told there was food and bar on site which there is but they failed to mention that they don’t have any cooks or restaurant staff so you get no food , you can get alcohol and I left before breakfast so I have no idea what that was like but after seeing how clean the rest of the hotel was, you can bet I would not have eaten anything from there Save your money stay in your car or keep driving to another property
