Great place to stay. The staff at reception were super helpful and friendly. I did self serve check in, but a lovely lady came to make sure it was easy for me. Very proactive. Clean comfortable hotel in middle of town close to everything. Have stayed here several times and can’t recommend highly enough.

Great Sydney/Melbourne and beyond halfway stay Absolutely satisfied with the hotel and its staff. Quality accommodation and breakfast, and face-to-face reception on checking in & out. A special thank you to Rhiannon and Louisa for sending us significant clothing items that we somehow left behind.

Fifth Floor room disgusting Tried to check in 20 minutes early computer said No! Male receptionist was not interested in assisting told us to come back at 2 pm. We did that again computer said no! But the young lady working checked us in. Fifth floor room 13 - two chairs at the lift are in desperate need of a clean. On entering our room, the carpet was filthy obviously had something spilt on it in two places! The bathroom door was delaminating, all coming apart. No where to put the soap but the toiletries are good! The walls are scuffed the place desperately needs a deep clean & paint. Towels & bedding plus the bed were good. As Albury is always sunny the windows facing the morning sun mean you cannot open them, invest in blinds. Had a drink at the bar it was nice to sit outside. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant across the road but book. Yardbird is a favourite too. The huge car park has no shade plus on the Friday night we had to park on the street like many others. 2nd visit but wouldn’t recommend now unless room has been refurbished, it’s a shame as it’s in a great spot.

Great hotel, great price, great restaurant and facilities. Great value for money. The restaurant is really nice and the staff are helpful. Check in and out was so easy with the computer system. The pool was nice. It’s close to the commercial club and dean street. The rooms are nice, however not 5 star quality. However, it is really cheap.

Amazing beds! Literally the best bed I have ever slept in - am even considering writing to the hotel to ask what brand of mattress they use. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The pool looks welcoming, the bar was busy and the self check in/check out counter was great. Amazing location in town with onsite parking. Will definitely be back if in the area!
