Scent-sitive?! Highly perfumed If you are fragrance sensitive MOVE ON. we arrived and every area smells highly of fake scents. I commented and the front desk guy was like "I know". The gal said it's their cleaner. _ it's enough we may move hotels. Will see if we can find availability. Also, there was a mix up and this is NOT near the metro so that's a bugaboo. Room is clean. Phone doesn't work. Haven't tried breakfast yet. Don't desk staff was fine.

The stay was mediocre The rooms were outdated. The air conditioner was old and the rooms felt moisture and damp. The bathrooms were outdated. The bathtub was dirty. The toilet was rusty. In addition, all of our towels were dirty. The hotel needs a renovation and some “tlc”

Outstanding, thoughtful management and team spirit . This Hotel , like so many within the Hilton group is big. The rooms and bathrooms are clean , spacious and well maintained.. ..BUT what made my stay in this Hotel special was the way that all the staff I encountered on my six day visit worked as a team - concentrating 100% on caring for their visitors. On three occasions I needed help during my stay, (unrelated to the Hotel itself ) and Mimi , Alexander and their team came up trumps in solving my problems every time. Many thanks to you all. Peter

Awesome employees All I have to say is WOW! What an incredible hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Shout out to Ian at the front desk. He really went out of his way to help us plan out sightseeing day in DC. Breakfast was plentiful and awesome. I will definitely be back.

Worse experience booking at a Hampton Got to the hotel and was told my reservations was for different dates then the dates marked on my confirmation. I called the booking agency and was told my confirmation was correct and the hotel gave me false information. Hotel was full and could not accommodate me at all. I would call the hotel prior to coming here to confirm. If they don’t like the price you paid they may lie and hope you cancel.
