Comfortable hotel in Alexandria Our family stayed at the hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. The rooms were comfortable and relatively spacious. The staff was helpful. The restaurant breakfast buffet was quite tasty. The hotel was busy (various conferences, another wedding, tourist groups etc) and had a lively upbeat vibe. The hotel is situated by the Metro and quick Metro trip from Reagan National Airport. There are various restaurants and cafes within a few blocks. Also some nice independent non-chain shops further down on King Street. A free trolley runs on King Street so easy to get to the waterfront if you do not feel like walking. Heads up: the garage is not easy to navigate

Highly recommend This hotel was wonderful! It was so quiet that I actually slept - it was glorious. The pillows were so comfortable, and the room was immaculately clean. The staff was great. I could not find the bus stop for the hop on hop off bus (the signs were small) and David actually walked us to the stop and showed us what the sign looked like and where to locate them (again they are somewhat small and hard to see). He was so kind! The breakfast was very tasty and I don't know what that scent is that you have piped through the lobby but it's delicious. I would be back!

Cleanliness was the issue This was August 3rd Saturday afternoon i side stepped a dead roach in the lobby, Sunday August 4th saw a mouse in the restaurant and again in the bar area, took a couple trips to the front desk to get the room key to work. At least the restaurant attendant tried to comp our $65 breakfast for 2

Classic Hilton , comfy, but no charm! Nothing special on this Hilton hotel! Classic room , large, but average! Self parking , no help with the lugagge! It is in the beautiful King Street, but in opposite side of the " action"! Starbucks in the lobby helped a lot for quick breakfast!

Poor Customer Service We had a billing issue with this hotel and the management and accounting people were horrible to deal with. I had to call and email them several times to get a response. They weren’t helpful and so I ended up having to get Hilton Honors involved to help resolve the issue. I’m a diamond member and we ended up moving an event we booked here to another hotel because of poor service.
