Good Place for the Price! First of all, this is not a new hotel, so get over yourself if you’re going to complain about the decor or the slightly musty smell. You want new? Stay elsewhere, and you’ll likely pay a lot more. Someone mentioned the “maze-like” hallways: Please. Everything is well marked, including the entrances. We needed a hotel that would take our 70lb dog, and most BW’s do. It was nice & quiet— even on the pet hall. There’s plenty of grass, both around the perimeter and on the inside spaces to walk Fido. They have poop bags & pet trash cans, too. The bed was fine, linens including towels, were fresh. COVID rules mean they aren’t cleaning daily, but staff was always happy to give us new Keurig pods or towels, & take away the trash. Be sure to leave them a tip before you leave! What I really liked was that this was clearly once a fabulous hotel for the auto industry. It shows in the old pictures and posters that line the walls. Formerly known as the Pink Palace, the salmon building is a hoot, and even if locals don’t know anything about it, they know where you’re staying when you say the pink hotel! In sum: This hotel is adorable and well-priced. The pool looked nice, and there are 3 outdoor gazebos for sitting around with family & friends. Is it the Ritz? No, but it’s affordable, has microwave & fridge, and you will have a perfectly pleasant stay.

Great stay just terrible roads. Our stay was great because the staff in the whole hotel were polite and friendly. Our only complaint was that the back road going out or coming back in was under construction and made the hotel only accessible by one direction. Our GPS always took us to a dead end roadblock. I finally figured out a way to get it to lead us to the only correct direction. Other than that our stay was enjoyable.

Ugly not worth it Old style room was weirdly put together, waste of extra space on window sill. Smelled old inside the room. No room to sit down at eat at a desk and the coffee was at the TV stand. shower did not drain. Pillows old and lumpy.

Unique Building!! Like a Museum!! The Best Western Greenfield Inn, AKA The Pink Palace is indeed a unique place. It cannot be simply compared to other Best Western (or other) inns, because it is very different. First of all, it is PINK!! How many pink inns do you know?? In addition, it is a living museum!! You can spend hours on end simply strolling along the never ending corridors, looking at the impressive collection of old automobile pictures. Magnificent collection!! Having said the above, the hotel is comfortable, the rooms are large and nicely decorated and the service is professional and friendly. The inn is also strategically situated for the important tourist attractions in the area. Definitely a favourite with us!! Highly Recommended!! A True Hidden Gem!!

Enjoyable Stay Rooms were relatively clean. Noticed bathroom floor could have been mopped better & carpet vacuumed better. Other than that room was just fine no real issues. Air conditioner worked great. Didn't notice much noise in hallways. Pool was fun. Enjoyed daily breakfast buffet. Staff was efficient & friendly.
