Hampton Inn & Suites in Dallas / Allen Texas We drove from Houston to Hampton Inn this past weekend. We went there for my sister's friend's baby shower. I'm so glad I looked around and found this hotel that is a stone throw away from the Outlet Mall! So glad I found them, so even my sister went to her party, and my mom and i could go around. This hotel is so easy to find and lots of parking for their guests. Easy to check in and check out. It's been a while since I stayed at a hotel and this is a good hotel. They have coffee and hot water at the lobby the whole time. The room is very big and they have a little kitchenette too. So nice to have with my elderly parents with us. We brought so manty drinks and snacks with us for our parents and the fridge there was nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Will want to come back to this hotel when we're at the area again.

4 night stay. Catered to our every need Amazing experience. Management really knows about service . Jonathan and Shannon and all staff members had smiles and were accommodating to our every need . Hot breakfast was convenient and delicious. Will definitely stay there again. Added benefit is Allen outlets are right outside!!

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff! The hotel is being remodeled and we were very pleased with the upgrades since our last stay 2 years ago. The shower and bath updates are very nice! The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly! The free hot breakfast was great. Though no gluten free option for cereal but the hotel does offer eggs, yogurt and fruit. Very pleased and will definitely stay here again.

Special Thanks to the Staff Great overall experience highlighted by the staff. The hotel was under construction, but you would never have known. Staff did a great job of restricting access to working areas keeping noise and dust to a minimum. Very clean hotel with an enthusiastic and helpful staff!

Wonderful, convenient hotel with great staff and price. Highly commend James who took care of us. Highly recommend hot This is the best hotel for the price and location. Always willing to accommodate our group of friends. James checked us in early because we needed to change for a funeral and had driven 5 hours. Just wonderful customer service and great price
