Should have looked elsewhere Booked only because an event was occurring at this location. Multiple people traveling with us. Rooms weren’t ready after 3 and one room wasn’t ready til after 7pm. Renovations were going on so the building and hallways were excusable. The lady at the front, Megan was not friendly and wasn’t wearing a mask even though she stood in front of MULTIPLE signs about the need to wear masks. The room itself was nice but we still didn’t sleep. Wedding party next door partied til 2. Front desk did ask them to lower the volume but you can’t stop drunk people from lowering their voices when they have loud conversations right outside your door. Also, the smoke detector flashes a bright green light every few seconds so you know it’s working, no sleep was had. Then, because of the renovations, there was only 1 dressing room for the event to use and it was so hot that several of our girls got overheated. The director asked them to fix the heat several times and after about an hour, they brought portable fans. Next time the comp uses this hotel, we will know to stay elsewhere.

Good location but under renovation This hotel was formally a Holiday INN and is currently being renovated as it continues to transition to a Marriot hotel. The room was very nice and spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was very spacious. The only real complaint about the room is there was no hotel literature listing amenities, menus and nearby attractions and the in room heating and cooling was a bit loud and also someone kept going in and out of their room constantly so we were constantly hearing doors opening and closing. The front desk clerk upon check in, provided no information about the hotel or anything. There was supposed to be a Sam Adams brew house in the hotel, but there was no signage to that effect. The exterior of the hotel is less than aesthetically pleasing and the parking lot is in rough shape, hopefully they do something about the closed mini golf place at the edge of the property.

Its a dump! Restaurant is not full service, they only make burgers and sandwiches. They are under renovation and work started at 7 AM, when I complained the woman at the front desk said "They're not supposed to start that early". They actually started earlier. Parking lot is terrible. No service for Breakfast buffet, I had to get my own silverware, juice, coffee.

We were two of their last guests before they closed for re-branding to another chain We stayed at this facility several times before they closed on 12/31/2019. Our last stay was Christmas eve and night. Hotel staff was minimal, but as always, friendly and helpful. There were only 12 guests in the entire hotel (designed for business conferences), so it was a Silent Night Christmas for us. We always enjoyed our stays here, but the need for maintenance was showing a little more every visit.

Seedy but quiet It's set back enough from the local commercial road so as to be hard to find but also relatively quiet, and once (with no help from the uninterested front desk folks I called) I figured out how to get the fan to blow constantly the room was even quieter: I slept well. If you're a non-smoker you're likely to begin your stay by gagging on the cloud from the smoking area next to the entrance. The cavernous place is not well maintained, and my room smelled bad. But it was relatively cheap. I didn't regret staying there but would try another place next time.
