Business Stay, great choice This is a clean and newly renovated hotel with an excellent staff. The breakfast is better than what you would expect from a large-chain mid-market hotel. Location next to numerous shopping and food options is excellent

Good location but hotel is not the best Everything went smoothly check in and check out Only one lift is working and it's too slow almost had to wait 10-20 minutes everytime we use it, breakfast is really bad, little spread, zero quality and the utensils and cutlery are dirty and not cleaned with food on them, beverages are sold at high price in reception which are not even cold

This current staff is very lazy This is by far the laziest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Just about every time I come into the lobby at least one employee is sitting at a table and acts annoyed when you need service. But when it came to being rude and inhumane, they were surely activated! I booked my stay from June 22-30 while I am home searching in the area. When I checked in, I was charged for the full stay which was over $900. I want you to keep in mind, that I am at the front desk nearly every day, getting my "daily water" getting a new key or practically begging the hotel staff to make sure I got daily maid service and they still skipped days. And on the days they showed up, they barely cleaned anything. By day 6, I had a trail of ants coming through the room. So of course I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, I had to extend my stay and booked an additional 3 days. I did what I was supposed to do; I went to the desk and Darien had another asscociate process my check out and check in. I again, presented by card to charge me for the additional 3 days. It wasn't until day 2 of my second reservation, I was notified that I owed over $500. I'm wondering how I checked in if I owed money, and why did I owe more than I was originally charged. Darien finally figures out and tells me about their $500 policy which essentially releases the hold on the account and for whatever reason, she didn't close my folio before checking me back in. And since I always keep my credit card locked, they weren't able.to charge me. I say no problem, I will fix it tomorrow by EOD after I get approved for the new amount. But Darien wants me to fix it immediately even though I did everything right to begin with and SHE/HOTEL POLICY created the problem and NOONE on the staff corrected it during my 10 day stay. So the next morning my 18 year old daughter gets locked out of the room and they start harassing her about the $500. So I had to leave my new job, and rush back to collect my child. I was so disgusted by their behavior, I checked out immediately. Needless to say, this entire staff needs some serious training and possibly replaced. I would not recommend staying here under this current staff.
