Bad Bingo Manager I had a very bad experience at Viejas Casino bingo. My sisters and I arrived early to get good seats, but Nicole told us certain seats were reserved for tribal only and made us sit somewhere else and told us “I’m the manager”. I feel like because of our race she thought she could talk to us very rudely. After we left, I asked about this rude employee and was told by the host desk that Nicole is was tribal and known to be “difficult.” This treatment was disappointing for myself and for family.

Luxury in Alpine We always stay at the Willows if available. It is a mini suite with luxurious bedding and mini bar. I highly recommend spending a couple nights. Perfect place to unwind. The bathroom is oversize with a rain 2 headed shower. I can't wait to go back.

Tribal Elders? Review for Bingo. It says everywhere including their website, seats are first come, first served. Not true. We get there 2 hours!!!! before Bingo starts and many many seats (the good ones) are reserved. Not with a paid buy in, just this guy who goes around reserving for his friends, I guess he has 50 of them! So we have to squeeze in where we can, then his friends do not show, but too late to move! The Bingo Manager (term used loosely) does not seem to care. She says the reserved seats are for Tribal Elders but no way this is the case. All you want is fairness. You will not get this here. Good Luck!

Another disappointing trip I love Viejas but this review is about one of your current bingo employees. As a frequent visitor to Viejas Casino, I have had the displeasure of encountering Nicole, an employee who seems to rotate through various departments over the years despite consistently providing subpar guest service. Nicole's lack of professionalism was evident in every department she worked in, from the gaming floor, hotel lobby, and now your bingo department. As I left bingo recently after yet another bad experience with her I can't help but question why Viejas continues to retain Nicole as an employee? You guys need to do better and it's time for management to reassess their hiring and retention practices!

Total Disappointment I have stayed many times over the years. It is my happy place to go to. With that being said, my visit this last time was horrible. When I called to make my reservations, I was told that smoking rooms were not available due to being already booked. Was not informed that the casino and hotel was having construction done. The was below average in my opinion. The coffee machine broke and had to call the front desk to get it taken care of. The Cafe was closed, and they did not have other options for Breakfast. Had to go into Alpine to find a place that served breakfast. Most of the slot machines were not available due to construction. Tried to order room service and it said my room was not checked so I could not view the menu. Called the front desk to get help and they transferred me, and no one answered. Called back again and was told they would have to send someone up to look at the tv. I ended just going downstairs to get something to eat. Trying to get a drink on the casino floor was impossible. No one came by at all. Only 1 bar was open the others were closed due to construction. Had a note on my room door saying the water would be off from 11-4. I was happy I was checking out beforehand. I do not understand how they can charge so much for a room. I wish they would have been honest about all the construction when I made reservations. Thanks for ruining my Happy Place.
