My Stay at the Opal The staff is friendly and always helpful ... The rooms are nice and spacious.. It's very laid back and relaxing. The pool was so nice , my kids didn't want to get out when it was time to go. The housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful as well.

Amazing! My stay here was amazing! The rooms are kept very near and clean. Debbie in the office was a great help, she made check in a breeze and provided exceptional customer service! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Horrible The hotel is being renovated, I knew it was a bit run down so I paid the extra money to have a remoduled room, when I went to go to bed there where roaches on my pillow and in my bed, when I ask front desk if I could speak with management the next morning about it he said she would be back tomorrow, I had wanted t to move to another room at a discounted rate for my troubles instead I got the cold shoulder, aweful hotel

Event at venue 3rd Wednesday of July this time the bar was stocked and customer service was nice. Still gotta work on mixing margaritas _ but all was good. Lighting and temperature at the venue was very comfortable for the large crowd. Orlando should support.
