Yuck! Keep driving! Not very nice at all! Bathroom shower is rusty and shower head was crusted with minerals. Used the wrong wallpaper for a bathroom since it was ruined by the cleaning solution. Tile grout was black and obviously never had anyone deep clean it. The beds seemed clean though. Staff was rude when we called for towels. Made us get them at the front desk. The hallways were smelly and hot. The room air conditioning sounded like a garbage disposal. The hotel location was near a red roof inn that was being used as temporary housing since there were people loitering around and clothes were drying on clotheslines. Hilton should close this one down!!

Stay somewhere else!! I would not recommend this hotel. Unfriendly staff, a large population of undocumented houses right next door. Trash strewn about the property is unsightly and the location does not feel safe. There are plenty of options between Buffalo and Toronto.

Expensive room rate with no free breakfast or free lobby coffee. Room ok but nothing special. Did get a warm, delicious cookie at check-in. IHOP 1.3 miles away so you can skip expensive breakfast at hotel. Hit or miss whether elevators working. Got stuck in the elevator....make sure you know where the stairs are...had to walk down 4 flights of stairs...75 years old! Overall, won't be staying there again!

The Good and the Not So Good… The Good: comfy beds, great pillows, really good breakfast, great location The Not so Good: check in person very brusque, room not so clean and dated, smallest bathroom I have ever experienced, very loud AC… Not sure I would stay here again as it was not cheap

Good place near the interstate We stayed here for 2 nights. Was a little scared reading the reviews on the site. The hotel was quite clean and the gym was rather good. The location is convenient - being near the interstate as well as stores and restaurants. We checked in around midnight and it was alright. Stayed on the ground floor.
