Nice Amsterdam Nothing to say The hotel isn’t so good as it presented Rooms are small and uncomfortable I didn’t like this hotel Our view from windows was the worst The room was smelling bad But the personal are good, except the women in reception Breakfast was good The location is great For Amsterdam this is good hotel

Staying in Amsterdam - great location Fantastic stay at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in Amsterdam. The hotel is perfectly located by central station, lots of canal cruises, restaurants and tourist attractions. The front desk and concierge were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions for attractions and dining. The room is small but has everything you need, but could use a little more storage space. The gym is clean and well equipped.

Disappointed Great location. Poor room, They put us in level one number 115 dungeon. So elevator up then drag your bags down a spiral staircase I’m sure illegal. That’s how they treat the Aussie after travelling half way across the world to see them. Won’t be back

Good! I came for dinner in the Carstens Brasserie, first we had some drinks and then stayed for dinner after. What must be said first is the friendly staff who all did their very best and treated us so well! The food was good and the overall atmosphere in this place is right. Thank you for this great night!

Great staff We have been staying at Park Plaza whenever in Amsterdam for many years. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is yum. We also love doing day trips by train to smaller towns and the hotel is right across from the main station. But this time I got to know the back room staff. Stupidly I left my lap top in my room but Hilton in Security was so kind. He ensured it was packed and with all the right documentation and kept me up to date as to whether the DHL courier had arrived. Took 3 weeks to get it back but that was DHL. Won’t use them again but will definitely be back at the Park Plaza!
