Swinomish Casino & Lodge

Pleasure revisited We have been coming to Swinomish Casino for years and always enjoy our stay. This three night stay again was very enjoyable with no downside. The room on the water side was immaculate and the water side view is outstanding. The property is well ordered and well maintained. The staff was warm, attentive and service was very good. Our casino experience was great. I played for several hours over the three days and was we rewarded for my time. Lots of choices with machines and lots of wins. One thing I would bring back would be the more attractive and intimate seating in the casino bar on the second floor. It is not as inviting as before. Great place to stay and play. We will be back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had! The first night we had kids running around after 10pm in the room above us. After 6 tries calling the front desk over a 15 minute period with NO answer, I finally went down to the front desk to complain. Both front desk agents we NOT busy. We later heard what I assume was security loudly knocking on the room above us and the noise only increased. When back the front desk to either checkout or get a new room. Even though the parking lot was 1/2 fully, was told there was only one room available which we took. No help from staff moving all our belonging to the new room. The next night, we returned from the casino (which is without a doubt, the tightest payout casino we have ever experienced) to find the TV not working. - could not change channels then it started displaying nothing but snow. Unplugged the HDMI cable and reconnected but was back to only one channel. Tried calling the front desk again and surprise - no answer! My wife went down to complain and was laughed at by the front desk agents! I had had enough and grabbed a cart and removed all our belonging from the room and we went down to checkout (at 8PM) as we had had enough. After they got a manager to waive the 2nd night fee (with ABSOLUTELY NO Apology or we are sorry.) settled the bill for the first night and drove home. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS CASINO/RESORT AGAIN! Really glad there not a medical emergency when I called and got no response from the front desk. By the way, their "Bay View" rooms do give you a view of the bay it just that you have to look over the RV part to see it.

Exceptional Service We had the pleasure of checking in with Shay ( Blonde gal with glasses) ,the receptionist on a Friday evening after a long drive. She was phenomenal! Her customer service was amazing, and it was clear she loves her job. Her passion and enthusiasm shone through in every interaction. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I appreciate the attention to detail and friendly demeanor she showed. She is an asset to the hotel team and made our stay unforgettable. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give her more if I could! Check in Friday June 28th - 1425 ( part of the golf cups group)

Beautiful place to stay if you like to gamble. We stayed in a suite that overlooked the Swinomish Channel. The views when you walked in the door were beautiful. The room was very spacious for the 2 of us. The layout was great giving every part of the room a view of the channel. Another feature we enjoyed was the balcony off of the living room. From there we could watch the boats coming and going or catch the beautiful sunset. We stayed here towards the end of June and stayed Monday to Tuesday. The place was quiet, noise was not a factor. I will say we were greatly disappointed to miss the 13 Moons restaurant. They are open Wednesday to Sunday. They have outdoor seating which we could see from our balcony. We ate at Carvers and the sports bar and both were good. Since we aren’t gamblers and with nothing else to do within walking distance we ordered up a Lyft and did some wine tasting in La Conner. That is a cute town! FYI Lyft drivers aren’t plentiful out in that area, so expect to wait a few minutes for a driver to pick the ride. Our stay overall was good. It won’t be a place we go back to only because of the lack of entertainment for non gamblers.

Standards remain high! Have been to this hotel many times and always enjoy it! Very friendly reception. No smoking and no pets. The smoke-free casino is pleasant. Spacious rooms with large comfortable beds and bathrooms with walk in shower. The body lotion is a nice touch! The hotel is a short drive from La Conner and Anacortes, and an easy drive from the I5. Recommend the sports bar for excellent fish and chips!
