The Best We have stayed at the Desert Palms for over 5 years now. It has become a special part of our Disneyland trips. They have to be one of the most accommodating hotels we have ever stay with. The staff is top notch and the hotel is always clean. They also supply a great complimentary breakfast. I would rate Desert Palms a 10, all day, everyday. It is truly a pleasant and relaxing experience. Thank You to all of the staff and the owners!

No daily room clean Pleasant, though was not aware the rooms are not made up or cleaned daily except for towel change and trash pickup! Is this something new in most hotels ? In all fairness was given a room update unsolicited and was quite grateful for it. Not sure I would return though

Good option for Disneyland stay. We had a great experience here - the front desk staff was so helpful. They were our heroes when it came to taking the bus to Disneyland (which stops right out front of this hotel!), times for the park, restaurants, etc. You can also walk to park and Downtown Disney - they say it is not far, but I can't judge that. The parking is underneath and rather tight, but that is normal for underground parking. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! I have never seen so many options for a complimentary buffet and it was well stocked. I loved the complimentary beverages in the lobby - all day long and into the night! Small pool area that we did not use, but others were in there and it looked well-kept. Room was clean and updated and even though on the street side, we did not find it noisy. Good location. I would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Good place to stay Overall the hotel is nice, breakfast was great there was waffle makers, toasters etc. only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because we kept having issues with our door so we had to constantly go to front desk which was a little irritating but was a nice place overall

Disneyland vacation. Great choice to stay off site. Reasonable walking distance to the parks. Very clean and good staff. Only suggestion is add more variety to breakfast. Parking is a little tight so don’t bring a large vehicle. Location around hotel is clean and safe.
