Disneyland with Family Our stay was very pleasant. The location was clean, towels were soft, water pressure was good and water temperatures were regulated. There were provided dispensers in the shower for shampoo, etc. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We didn’t use the frig or the microwave in the room, but nice to have. It was very nice to have a small selection of Kcups and tea bags in the room. The TV remote didn't work well. We replaced batteries and Maintenance did take a look, but we couldn't select from the channel guide and get to any programs..?? We didn’t ask again re repairs as we were busy with Disney There was a coffee machine and water dispenser in the BW lobby available to ‘fill up’ and quench your thirst as needed. The included breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety and there was everything needed to fuel up for the long park days of 20K+ steps! It was constantly being replenished and I would say that no matter the time slot you were there, there was a lot to choose from. It was a very easy walk (block) to the Disneyland entrance. The BW employees we met were very pleasant and helpful. A special shout out to Ivan at the evening front desk. Ivan helped with information on how to share an Uber ride location with a family member, which certainly helped with our comfort and safety level. There is a convenience store a few doors away from the hotel for anything you may have forgotten or for small trinkets. This BW location is within 2 blocks of the Garden Walk where there are numerous stores and restaurants. Also next door to a Denny’s Restaurant and within 5 min is a Panera and Pizza Press. Target is a short drive away. Our son/daughter had checked in 5 days before us (friday). Our son/daughter (in person at the front desk) had requested for our room to be near their/our children/grandchildren's room for when we arrived (following tuesday). At our check in on tuesday, that request was not noted in your database. The front desk clerk tried her best and she found something for us on the floor below them. We would suggest that any specific requests from family (such as this) be noted/highlighted in your records so that it is acknowledged for the additional parties upon their check in. We would recommend this location to other travelers.

Average motel, great location. This is a fairly average hotel that can charge well above average prices due to its location. If you're wanting to be close to Disneyland and have an included breakfast, then this is ideal. The rooms were nice enough, although the beds are very high and being only just over 5ft I found it an effort to get in and out. Otherwise, the rooms had been renovated at some point and were in good condition and were clean on check in. We stayed 5 nights and quite a few days there were no housekeeping, and we had to call reception as bins were full etc. The reception staff were not overly friendly at check in and handed us a room key with little interaction, not even a smile or an "enjoy your stay". We found the evening staff friendlier, and they would often say hello when we would get a coffee in the lobby. The complementary coffee machine in the lobby was a great feature and saved us money and time getting a hot drink going to and from the park. The breakfast seemed to have a rotation that alternated every three days with an assortment of sausages, eggs, bacon and either french toast, pancakes or waffles depending on the day. It wasn't the tastiest breakfast, but it was enough to fill you up. Their stocktake was poor and one morning they run out of milk, yes milk! and only had small packs of soy milk to offer instead. We probably wouldn't stay again as we feel there are some better priced options also close to the park but if proximity and a breakfast is important to you, then it's a decent choice.

Optimal for families visiting Disney This particular Best Western is a very average hotel. The interior of the rooms is kind of yucky, the in-room air conditioner is so loud you’ll never fall asleep, and the mini fridge is tiny! It’s a no frills experience. But I get it. Being within walking distance of Disneyland, literally on the park’s doorstep, this place is perfect for families wanting to stay on a budget.

Location location Awesome location. Exceptional staff. Loved the coffee machine in the foyer!! Rooms were quite big. Only missing a microwave but overall perfect hotel experience. Short walk to both Disneyland and Disney world. Feels like a safe area for tourists

Adequate I'm going to start off by saying that I'm not a huge fan of any of the hotels on Harbor Blvd. But this hotel exceeded my expectations so I wanted to write a review about what I liked. The room felt more spacious than other hotels I've stayed at on Harbor. I appreciated that the A/C unit was on the wall in the bathroom rather than on the floor next to a bed (which always results in someone freezing to death all night). The bathroom was clean and the water pressure good and the powerful fan in the shower room gets an A+! The breakfast options were nice and the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful. We were in Anaheim during a heat wave and we asked one of the staff members for cups of ice to put in our water bottles and she was happy to oblige. There were plenty of tables and chairs in the breakfast room and it never felt crowded. 4 stars rather than 5 because of the following: The room was pretty musty when we walked in, but after running the A/C for a while that mostly went away. The room was dark, even with all the lights on. I really do not like the doors that open to the outside, because it never feels safe. Also our room was way in the back of the complex and there is no way to get to the far building without walking through the parking lot because there is no covered walkway due to the swimming pool in between the two buildings. All in all, this place provided an adequately comfortable stay for a few nights during runDisney race weekend.
