Great Stay I typically stay at the Clarion Hotel when I am in town. Feeling that the last two stays were exceptional and I believe because the new/change to the front end. Nicole Feigel (front desk supervisor), Sierra and Jalyna have made a large difference. They always have a smile, they greet you when you walk through the doors, pleasant, knowledgeable about the Clarion product.

Clean and reasonably priced hotel option within a 20 minute walk of Disneyland. The rooms were clean, they had a fridge, safe and coffee maker. There was also coffee provided downstairs in the lobby each morning, and a microwave in the lobby to use. There was a small but useable pool. Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I found the breakfast buffet (extra charge) to be average. It was less than a 20 minute walk to the Disney Security gates straight up Harbor Blvd. Some folks used the free Disney bus for the Toy Story parking lot across the street, but I found it did not save any time, just the walking. I would absolutely stay here again at a reasonable price if I was going to Disneyland or the convention center.

Great location BUT. Really good location for Disney it’s like a 10 minute walk, they do a shuttle to the parks as well. Clean hotel. They do breakfast but we didn’t use this as there is plenty of options around the hotel. Reason for 3 stars is when we checked in they asked if we wanted room service every day or every other day, we said every other day and we only got it once the whole week we where there. My partner went down to reception to ask why and they said room service was not set up!? Even though they asked us when we checked in and said every other day. Other than this great location.

Good Basic Base for Disneyland. I stayed here two nights for a visit to Disneyland, and overall I quite liked it. The room was comfortable and the curtains worked well enough. There is no hotel sponsored shuttle, but the Anaheim Resort Transportation does stop near the hotel, and it's only a couple of blocks walk to the park, though they are long blocks. The area felt safe to walk both going to the park and leaving the park at midnight. I like that they provide a fridge as well. One thing I'd like to see is a free breakfast or perhaps a coupon for a free item in the hotel restaurant.

Exceptional customer service Special shout out to Nicole Feigel, and Sierra at the front Desk. Extrememly friendly and Phenomenal customer service! Spent 4 days here for our Disneyland trip and they made the trip even better. The hotel room was very clean and the beds are great. Kids loved the clean pool and we enjoyed all the amenities offered here.
