Excellent stay! Excellent hotel! Great value for money. Easy walk to Disneyland. Clean and big room. We were in building 2 and was super quiet. Pool sometimes got busy and full, but we only used it one as our main purpose was Disney! Would highly recommend and would return.

Great Property We stay here anytime we go to Disneyland. It’s always clean, check in is always fast and smooth. The kids love the splash pad and the added bonus is we order a pizza and have dinner while we play. Mimi’s across the street has great food for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Excellent stay for DL vacation We had a great experience at Howard Johnson Anaheim. Our 7 year LOVED the water park. We enjoyed watching the Disneyland fireworks from the hot tub in the water park area. The location is excellent for visiting Disneyland. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and maintained well during our stay! We will stay here again!

Adequate I want to like this hotel. Location is great, staff is friendly. I love midcentury modern. Kid likes the pirate water area. Pool is too cold for hubs & me, but it is nice enough to sit around while kid swims. My concern with the hotel is with more of a maintenance issue. We opted for a first floor room in the economy section, which is centrally located between the pool and pirate area. Wonderful! The hallway is muggy and stinks. It’s been wet since we arrived 2 days ago. Not moist, WET. Upon a late night return after a long Disney day, part of the hallway has been closed and there are loud fans blowing. You can only access the hallway from the doors farthest from the parking lot now. Not the end of the world, but no one bothered to let us know what was going on until I responded to expedia’s inquiry (“how was your check-in”). The water was off for some time in the building, no communication (until after I answered Expedia). They texted me around 3 and offered to move us to another room but somehow, my family didn’t want to leave Disneyland to go switch rooms. Other than what I mentioned, the hotel is very simple, no frills, but adequate. You’re paying for the walkability, which is marvelous. Don’t expect daily housekeeping. You will hear the neighbors, including the people above you if you’re below. But you can walk to the park and that’s why you’re reading reviews and considering this!
