Prepaid directly with hotel, on arrival, they couldn't put us in a room as their system was down. We had to book somewhere else This place took our reservation directly, we even prepaid with our credit card directly with them. At arrival, they said our room is no longer available and that we have to find another hotel to stay at. They said they had a glitch in their room reservation system. They found out reservation and payment, but they couldn't give us a room. This seems like a very Seinfeld moment.

Awful This hotel was absolutely awful, we were suppose to have connecting rooms, when we arrived they did not have any, not even 2 rooms next to each other, we were in the back building, one of our rooms had no hot water, guy at front desk said sorry maybe wait 5 minutes, there were people with loud music in the parking under our room and dealing drugs, hot tub was green and cold. We booked this hotel with Alaska airlines for 4 nights and left after two nights and booked a different hotel. If you are going to Disneyland with kids please please don’t stay here.

Excellent Value near Disneyland Comfortable, older but remodeled & clean hotel ½ mi east of I-5 on Lincoln exit very near Disneyland. Excellent price, 10% discount for booking direct. We had a 1st floor very ample size room with King bed, dresser, table w/ chair to write, refrigerator, microwave and tiny old style coffee maker. No breakfast, but IHop restaurant very close. Quiet, pool, jacuzzi, secure parking. Was all we needed for a two night stay… will be back. But next time with our own pillows as theirs were too hard

Not what I expected It was not what I expected for 150 dollars per night. No cleaning, towels old and no gel in the dispensers. Not the quality I was expecting for the price paid. Without ventilation this place also smelled not too good. Need of deep cleaning and renovation

Smoke infested crack motel. The “Motel” was disgusting. It was covered in smoke soot and smelled so bad like smoke that I had to get disinfectant spray and febreeze to stay there. Also me and my family are all sick because of the cigarette smoke. It is also dirty and not at all like the pictures. The cops were in and out of the motel multiple times during our stay. Also the pool and hot tub were dirty and disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There was drug activity and it was a very unsafe environment.
