Maybe the Worst Marriott I've Ever Stayed At This hotel needs serious updates. The room is old and dingy, the restroom outdated from 1985. The hard floors are very uncomfortable. The room AC didn't work well. It was very hot. The smoke detector went off in the middle of the night at 2am while we were sleeping and we had to call maintenance in to fix it as our kid on the autism spectrum was very disturbed by it. There was a huge spider in the bath tub soon as I pulled the curtain. Not enough electrical sockets in the room or conveniently located. The staff is great, but the hotel is plain awful.

Great Hotel My family and I stayed at this Marriott Hotel on June 28 to Aug 1. We occupied 2 connecting rooms on the 4 floor (rm 379 and 481). The rooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. The swimming pool is great the it had a shaded covered section. We ate every morning at Starbucks. Every employee we encountered was very polite, especially the valet attendants. Distance to Disneyland/Ca. Adventure is about 20 mins with young children in tow.

Pleasantly surprised! Pleasantly surprised by the Marriott. The rooms are remodeled and extremely clean. Beds are SO comfortable. Great patio outside. Definitely more than expected for the price. Walking distance to Disneyland as well. They also have a pool with food and drink service and it has an awesome shaded part on half the pool. Will stay here again when going to Disneyland.

Slow start..the nuts and bolts The concierge lounge was closed and will not reopen until fall (makes zero sense), restaurant Muse itself was not being used but food from menu was available for dinner thru bar or outdoor seating. The pool was open and hopping and the Market pantry with blah breakfast sandwiches was opened for breakfast and lunch. No other food choices. Nice time to starve and loose weight. Front desk would claim hotel was full yet state places were not opened due to Covid. The old Covid excuse. For elites, hotel did not ask what gift (points or $10 credit) you would like. They claimed GM would not let you use $10 in the pantry. Since the lounge was closed, they were suppose to offer breakfast. Ahh..but they are not serving breakfast except those cheap sandwiches in the Pantry. Instead you get to starve and receive 750 points per day. If you are riding the bus to Disney, no more paper tickets. Download the app and use a cc.

Never again The hotel was nice but the staff was horrible. Upon arrival, I was told they wouldn’t upgrade my room even though the hotel was empty. I then asked about the paid parking being refunded due to all the covid restrictions shutting down the elite perks. They said no. I explained that I had called the hotel a week before arrival and was told that it was no problem and a manager could comp the 26 dollar a night parking fee. I also explained that I had chosen their hotel over another property just down the street due to the parking being comped. The bar staff was slow and rude to everyone I saw them deal with. I spent two weeks at this hotel and was turned off by Marriott hotels. I will never stay at this hotel again! Beware if you enjoy your elite perks, you won’t receive them at this hotel.
