Not the best - prefer Cortona Suites I was hoping for a bit more than a Motel 6 experience. The outside corridor floors were quite scratched up, and I’ve stayed at nicer 2-star hotels in Anaheim. There was also some hair in the shower, which made it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The customer service could use some improvement too; I had requested a ground floor room when they messaged me, but when I arrived, I was told none were available. Perhaps booking directly with the hotel might ensure better service

A good place to stay for the amount The property is in a great location, about a block and half from Toy Story parking lot. The room was very clean and good size. A separate living room with a separate tv can easily accommodate small children the pull out trundle couch. Extra bedding was supplied. A king size bed was firm with an ample amount of pillows (6). Lightening was good with recessed. Bathroom had a glass shower (no tube) with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A small refrigerator and microwave is a good extra addition. Breakfast is provided in the morning with a variety of cold cereals and breads to toast. Coffee, milk and juice is also provided along with fresh fruit. The staff were very friendly . The only thing that went bad was the tv in the bedroom area went out, but we were still able to watch the one in the living room area (i informed front desk on check out). Also please offer a creamer other than hazelnut.

An Entomologist Dream Hotel i went to Anaheim California for the weekend and stayed at the Capri Inn & Suites on Harbor Blvd. The Property was rundown and waiting for the one elevator i could have found a cure for cancer . Did you ever sit on a bed and you just sink into the mattress and become concerned that the cleaning ladies will find you still struggling to get out of bed the next morning? Did i mention the mildew stench that hit me in the face when i opened the shower door ? my only regret was i opened my mouth i’m going to get to one of the main reasons behind the one star rating. . If you are a entomologist this is the perfect hotel for you The cockroaches can be observed in the bathroom or by the refrigerator or microwave as a matter of fact in every room you can see them if your lucky enough to be in the field of entomology you can write your stay off at THE CAPRI INN & SUITES as a business expense on your taxes

Nice room The room was very nice and clean. Nice tv and plenty channels available. The only let down was the breakfast, there was only waffles toast and cereal. Besides that good hotel. My husband and I had a tight budget and this place was a good choice to enjoy a weekend away.

Not That Great We went to Anaheim to spend time in the area for Disney and D23. When we checked in two tvs were promised in the suite. We only got one tv. In one room someone replaced the tv with a photo of spiderman. The floor was filthy, obviously the floor was never mopped during anytime we were there and before we got there. We did not have hot water for almost five hours and never got a call back to say the hot water was back, like promised. The breakfast was lacking and could be improved. The best thing was the hot tub, which was great, but could use a bathroom in the area.
