Awesome The services were excellent❤️❤️❤️ we love staying here and we will definitely come back here. All the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. They are very helpful to our needs most especially for us because we are new to Alaska. My family is very happy during our stay here most especially my kids. They love all the staff

Great employees , Cordero in particuar. From the receptionists , room attendants , etc. The people were friendly and very welcoming and helpful. Great stay!! A shout out to Cordero specifically as he was so nice and did an outstanding room cleaning compared to most other hotels stays we had in. Anchorage. Great and helpful man who took time to answer our questions very respectfully.

Great place to be All he staff were polite and helpful and friendly with everyone not seen any disrespect from any of the staff great place to stay that was my first time there staying. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family including others. The bird man was interesting to see him with his bird friends. Great guy. All staff were pleasant to be around.

Fantastic I love the staff here at the Dimond Center Hotel. I’m always greeted with a warm smile that makes me feel very welcome. That alone makes me want to come back. Having coffee available 24 hours a day is also a plus. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is close to everything.

Great Alaskan driver and tour guide Cordero acted as a tour guide for us. He took us to Portage Glacier and Alyeska ski tram. He was very professional and personal. His driving was great. We would recommend him highly. He was very easy to work with and very helpful with our questions.
