Ok hotel but sticky fingers Went for a concert being held in Anderson. Check was fine as was the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. Saturday morning went to breakfast and left my iPad on the bed as there are no safes in the room. When we came back to the room a couple of hours later it was gone. After filling a police report, turns out it was a housekeeper. I got it back and was told I would be loaded up with points on my IHG account but it would take 2-3 days. No points after a week and a half…

Great The room was great. Close to shopping. Everything was clean. Very friendly staff. Julia the chef was great, nice, polite and made sure we had everything we needed we will definitely be back. Only thing I would change is the tv didn’t have half the channels the apparently said it did.

Hank example of great hospitality employee. Nice property for a clemson game. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and Hank at the bar was literally the best part of the experience. His extra attention to detail and. Ustiner service made it one of the best stays. I had a 100% travel in 2023, and he is hands down one of the best hospitality interactions this year.

Very pleased, rooms have been remodeled! Rooms are updated and remodeled. Very nice stay. Will stay here again. They are in the process of the remodel. They have painted the outside and rooms are nice. Slept great! Safe area in the middle of shopping and restaurants.

Not up to Holiday Inn standards!! We booked here because we were in town with a group of friends they were staying somewhere else and we wanted a nicer experience. Sadly this place did not meet the standards of Holiday Inn. The pool that’s advertised as being available was closed. I called and asked if we could just use the loungers to get some sun and was told she would get back with me after asking the manager which she did not. Banging all morning above us I’m assuming they are remodeling. We asked the room attendant for our sheets to be changed because we had spilled something on them and when we got back they were not changed and we had no fresh towels. We upgraded to the breakfast buffet included and it was confusing as the sign said menu only but they did have out muffins and bagels etc but hot food was cooked to order. In all honesty the lady making breakfast was the best thing about our visit she was so sweet.
