Thank you Shawnie at front desk Thank you Shawnie at the front desk. She show me how to recognize her coworker via google. I was unable to post it- she helped troubleshooting my phone. I had to delete my breakfast buffet issue. The next am she took care of this as well. Excellence!

All around perfect place to stay I got the best experience with the staff from the moment I checked in Lisa was so welcoming thank me for being a diamond member and ask if there's anything else she could do and gave me a nice warm cookie. very happy _ Then I went to the dining area where I met Lisa which was one of the bartenders and I got the same nice warm welcome she was very attentive and anything I needed was taking care of immediately. Which was very impressive because there was a full bar. I definitely will be back and recommend it to my company to bring all our people of people here. Very nice experience all around

Great food and service at Character's! Went to Character's Bar & Grill for dinner. My chowder was amazing and the Turkey club was also great. Roberto did a great job in the kitchen and Lynne was amazing at our table. She was very friendly and gave us great advice for our visit. Will be back!

Great visit to the Doubletree Andover My wife and I stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding and exploring Boston. From check-in to check out we give it five stars. We enjoyed the room, breakfast restaurant and the staff was exceptional. We are excited to come back and explore more of Boston and will definitely be staying at this hotel.

The best hotel experience The best customer service from Shawnie at the front desk and others and the hotel pillows is the best and Also the beds are like heaven and the bar and food and drinks are amazing at the prices and the outdoor is like nature well structured and the parking lot has a lot of space for cars
