Handicap accessible room not fulfilled Hotel was excellent except for reserving an outside ground floor accessible room. Which was verbally explained was available by hotel minutes before reserving online. When we got there we were told It is never available. A local hospital reserves all of the handicap outside access rooms. We had a different reason for ordering, since neither of us were handicap. But my friend in a wheelchair could not come and visit.

Title for my review How could I not? Pool is open, breakfast is full on continental runs til after 11 sometimes, 65 degrees inside with outdoor access rooms available every day, am I at 200 characters , yet? Staff is tight. Respectful and understanding. Rooms are cool.

Bad service and ride staff We didn't get a comfortable stay. Oour room was constantly banged on early in the AM despite the do not disturb, unclean carpet, and the outside of the building was not well kept. We will not be returning to this filthy hotel with unfriendly staff.

Very upsetting stay Pipe broken and stuff was wet then sent to a room with someone in it and was told they had no record of it and then offered no discount! Was told a manager would send an email got nothing from them and no discount or phone call!

Don’t bother, stay elsewhere. Checked into room, was not clean and vents over doors made it very loud and awkward. Lights from the hall through the ventilation system kept me up all night. There is no way to stop the light from coming into your room. The next day they moved us to a nicer room. So they said… when we got into our new room the pillow and blanket was soaking wet from the ceiling dripping water all over. We ended up leaving and going next door to a much cleaner and more satisfactory establishment. Not the best experience.
