Decent hotel My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for a getaway, and unfortunately, our check-in experience was less than welcoming. The front desk clerk, Kate, seemed annoyed with us, which set a disappointing tone for our stay. However, the pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed spending time there. While the rooms could benefit from updates, overall, it was a decent hotel. With some improvements, it could reach its full potential.

Great stay The hotel was very beautiful. I didn’t have a chance to go into the pool but it was very nice & clean. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The staff were very polite and professional; Helped with everything we needed. It’s was a short stay just for sleep before a long drive. Had a great stay though.

Needs some upgrades I have stayed here twice in the past two months for a work-related conference. The first time I was here I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped this time would be better. During my first visit, I went to bed a little warm. I kept turning the a/c down to no avail. Cracked a window in the morning for fresh air. When I returned to my room that evening, water was dripping from the ceiling. I guess the a/c unit froze. I had to change rooms. This time, it was a lot of small things. I suspect the shower leaks because the carpet at the door to the bathroom was a bit wet. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so I was blowdrying my hair randomly in the room without a mirror. The fridge froze/exploded a couple of cans of soda. And I'm still not sure about the a/c. That thing sure was cranking but I still had to crack a window at night to keep the room cool. All of these things seem like wear and tear in an older hotel.
