Nice place Nice hotel! Recently remodeled and looks modern. Room was clean and comfortable. I was there to look at the ballroom to see if it would be a nice place for a wedding reception. And, it was! I met with Christina, the Sales Manager, and she was wonderful. Overall, a very nice experience!

Best value in the immediate location I found this to be the best value of the hotels in the immediate vicinity. Renovated rooms, no charge for parking (this was a key driver as many of the hotels in the same area are charging for parking) and I did a room rate the included breakfast too all for less than what some of the competitors are charging. The beds were super comfortable. There was some noise from the event going on but as the hour got later I noticed they reduced the volume of the music so then it was fine. I would definitely stay here again. Just a nit…. Add a towel rack or some hooks to the bathroom. Just one on the back of the door doesn’t cut it!

Wonderful place to stop From the clean rooms to the comfortable beds, we had a wonderful stay. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. They are plenty of charging areas. The rooms are updated and modern. We had a drink at the bar and the bartender was fast and efficient. Plenty of parking and lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast is not included.

Happy clients Recently renovated hotel. Very clean, spacious room with comfortable beds, new furniture. Bathroom was spacious as well with good water pressure. Great customer service. We had a few questions and they responded quickly. We are definitely staying here next time in Annapolis.

Not bad I can’t speak on other patrons whom had complaints regarding staff. I had positive experiences with staff and did not interact with the same staff as they. I interacted with the front desk on three occasions in which 1 was over the phone to have my linen changed. When I pulled back my bed sheets, there was a stain on my duvet. Within 15 minutes it was changed by housekeeping. On Friday a hotel staff member told children to leave the pool and closed it 3 hours earlier than the posted time. They sited not enough staff. This was confusing since there was no staff in the pool room all weekend. The bathroom grout needs to be cleaned properly in my room 503.
